This project marked a significant undertaking for Kiran Gems, the world’s leading natural diamond manufacturer. The project’s paramount goals revolved around precision and accuracy due to its high stakes. Every drawing and plan had to secure approval from CBRE, the managing entity of Surat Diamond Bourse. Overcoming challenges, such as convincing engineers and laborers to work on-site in the absence of cross ventilation, was addressed through the strategic installation of large exhaust fans.
